The 3rd Annual P3 Infrastructure Summit is a 2-day event bringing together influential public and private sector leaders to discuss the use of public-private partnerships (P3s) and other innovative approaches to address the nation’s pressing infrastructure needs.

The Summit is extremely timely, given the State of Emergency declared by Governor Jerry Brown in response to California’s ongoing water shortage crisis. A report released by California Forward last week found that at least $853 billion will need to be invested in California’s transportation, water, and school facilities over the next 10 years. The private sector has a key role to play in addressing this infrastructure gap.

At the Summit, experts will discuss how to address current infrastructure challenges through innovative approaches to financing, developing, operating, and maintaining infrastructure projects, using active and upcoming projects as a guide.
